All UK Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

EU ORDERS - £11.95
All EU orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. European packages are delivered within 3-7 working days. Please note: We have no control over unfortunate time delays caused by Customs, should delays arise due to this we will not be held responsible. - FREE on all orders over £100!

 

WORLDWIDE ORDERS - £14.95

All International orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. International delivery times may vary depending upon destination, however, deliveries are usually delivered within 7-14 working days. Please note: We have no control over any time delays caused by Customs, should delays arise due to this we will not be held responsible. - FREE on all orders over £100!

 

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the event that the product is faulty or defective for whatever reason, please contact us via Email with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the defect, and where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us with your query. Do not send the product back before we have contacted you to do so.

 

WRONG SIZE

If the product doesn’t fit you, then please arrange for it to be returned to the address provided. Please ensure you return the item/s in it's original condition with hang tags attached within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned item/s are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item's you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned item/s we will issue you with a refund to the cost of your item/s. The cost of returning the item/s to us is your responsibility and the item/s is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or a mistake by us.
